(But our doors are not!)

Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases across the Cape, we’ve closed our doors to limit face-to-face support. But while the doors of our Wellbeing Centres may be closed, our Telesupport services are definitely OPEN!

If you would like to talk to us about anything at all, don’t hesitate to give us a call.

Social & Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) is a concept of health that involves connection to land or ‘country’, culture, spirituality, ancestry, family and community but also includes mental health. Services at our Wellbeing Centres include; counselling, therapy, support, advocacy, referrals to other services and programs & information sessions.

If you’d still prefer to talk to us face to face, you can but please be patient while we check you for a fever or any other COVID-19 symptoms. This is to protect our staff and the community from spreading COVID.
