Jemma Lichtenfeld

Jemma joined Apunipima in August 2021 and brings with her extensive experience working with remote Indigenous communities in senior finance and corporate service roles.

Jemma leads the Finance and Infrastructure team for Apunipima. The team is responsible for Finances, Travel, logistic systems and processes, Infrastructure and Assets.

Known for her hands on approach, Jemma provides financial leadership to support the delivery of Apunipima’s comprehensive primary health care model. Her clear and concise communication style fosters a motivated and inclusive team environment.

Jemma has a Bachelor of Commerce, Masters Professional Accountancy and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA). She has more than 20 years’ experience in Finance and Administration Senior Management.
