Work for us

A career with Apunipima offers unique opportunities and experiences that set it apart from other health services.

Our people are a committed team, dedicated to improving the health outcomes of Queensland’s most at risk people. We do this by providing comprehensive and culturally appropriate primary health care for Aboriginal and /or Torres Strait Islander People that focuses on empowerment, family and community.

Our centres are located in some of Australia’s most remote and beautiful regions. Communities that give our people the opportunity to experience the rich culture, history and traditions of the Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islanders who call Cape York home.

Our Health in Our Hands

Apunipima is recognised as a leader in indigenous health, with opportunities across all areas and disciplines. These include career pathways in health, front line medical personnel, business support and corporate services.

Join us as we navigate the exciting challenges and rewards of health care in the diverse and beautiful landscape of Cape York, in partnership with its people, rich history and culture.
